I own a large mortgage company and i have tried them all and i have a 50k per month budget for mail and 25k for internet leads. Internet leads are a beast, all companies claim the same. So far lending tree is the best but requires a large amount of $ upfront. So without upfront cost, Low.com and leadpoint, and even LMB are the best with the right filters, its all about the filters my friend......best QFM
