Thanks! What is the minimum credit scores for mortgage approvals in nj?
three weeks ago this would have be a piece of cake to answer - now who knows -- if you really do some research and look into maybe buying one of these bad mortgages the govt is going to pick up -- with that much down payment you should be able to talk a great game!!!What is the minimum credit scores for mortgage approvals in nj?
You will need atleast a 580 score; 620+ is better of course. You really need a good loan officer working for you to have any chance of getting it done. They will probably suggest you take steps to improve your credit. Have you considered using one of those authorized user tradeline programs. They are very affordable and would get you well on your way to having your own credit. My mom used it and not only was able to open other accounts, but her score jumped 51 points. Check out the free evaluation form at www.totaldebtsolutionsllc.com They can help find you a qualified loan officer as well. Good luck.
