The next thing is to stay in front of your customers - one of the biggest mistakes we make in our industry is to let our customers forget about us after the loan is closed. Partner up with realtors, attorneys, financial planners, insurance agents, etc - they will know people who need mortgage help. Join a BNI group if you aren't already a member.
